just trying to do something i've wanted for a really fucking long time. i need motivation and i'm hoping this will finally be it!
i don't want to be skeletal, i don't care about gaps or hip bones or rib cages or any of that. because that's not healthy, and it's disgusting. i want tone, muscle, no fat, basically a dancer's body. that's ideal, and healthy.

starting over with some new health goals.
goal number one: take vitamin D every day.
goal number two: drink more water.
goal number three: walk to/from school every day, and try to walk as much as possible on the weekends (at least half an hour!)
goal number four: work on eating better. i’ve been vegetarian for about a month and a half, and i need to start incorporating more protein and shit in my diet. but i wanna work on the walking first and see if that does anything.
